Keeping Your Breath Fresh

Posted by:

Nobody wants to be told they have bad breath, and sometimes even when you’ve thought you cleaned your teeth properly the embarrassing odor may still show up!
If you want to avoid that smelly situation here are some ways to help prevent bad breath. Brush, floss, and wash your tongue twice a day; this helps remove bits of food and bacteria which create the bad smell. You should also drink a lot of water since it keeps your mouth from becoming too dry which can cause bad breath. Eating food high in vitamin C help eliminate germs in your mouth and food with lots of fiber can help remove food stuck between your teeth.
Overall, if you keep good dental hygiene you’ll have less of a chance to be surprised with bad breath.
