Dr Zahra Hakim is a graduate of University of California, San Francisco with an extra year of training in oral and maxillofacial surgery and implant dentistry. She is also a premier provider of Invisalign with over forty cases completed successfully. Dr Hakim has been closely affiliated with The University of California, San Francisco and is an assistant clinical professor at UCSF’s department of Oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Dr Hakim’s expertise in oral surgery enables her to perform dental implant procedures from start to finish so the patients can receive a surgical and restorative treatment in the center without the need to visit multiple specialists.

Dr Hakim has a team of professional hygienists who have in combination over 40 years of dental hygiene experience. Dr Hakim and all the Hygienists are licensed to perform laser dentistry and she continually endeavors to ensure that all staff in the practice  improve their skill base in order to provide the highest standard of care possible.

The center offers patients total smile makeovers using the state of the art technology.

Each of the center’s operatories is equipped with an intraoral camera, digital radiography and computerized charting.

Yoshiko has been a member of the team since Dr. Hakim started her practice at the present location. She enjoys treating all the wonderful people who come to the office. Yoshiko became a Registered Hygienist in California in 1999 after serving as a dental hygienist in Japan. She earned her certification for laser soft tissue treatment in 2005 and has improved many of her patient’s periodontal health. Yoshiko lives in Mountain View with her husband and daughter.

Annette has been working in the dental field since 1998. She is a certified dental assistant, but prefers to work in the front office helping patients with insurance and billing questions. She loves to work with patients on a one-on-one basis and is fluent in Spanish. Annette enjoys spending her free time with her 2 boys playing sports and traveling.

Cynthia has been in the dental field since 2004, she is a registered dental assistant in California. Cynthia enjoys educating patients about their dental health. She is also fluent in Spanish, when she is not working she enjoys spending her time with her daughter and family.

Catalina has been a dental professional for over 10 years. She earned her DDS degree in Mexico City, and completed a dental hygiene program in California. She has a comprehensive approach to dental health with emphasis in prevention and maintenance. Catalina is certified for laser soft tissue treatment, fluent in Spanish & English. She has a mobile dental hygiene license to provide oral health care to people with special needs and people that are not able to go to a dental office. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and 2 boys.

Dona has been in the dental field since 2004. She grew up in the bay area and is fluent in mandarin and spanish. During her spare time she likes to bake and spend time with her beagle.
